Enduring in their presence, these forms establish both the identity of the landscape and the underlying framework for spatial organization, anchoring a composition that balances rural character with a refined, contemporary sensibility.

Rooted in the existing grove of oak trees, the design engages directly with the site, allowing the architecture to settle within the terrain rather than sit apart from it.
Movement through the property unfolds as a sequence of defined yet connected spaces, each calibrated to frame views, shade, and moments of occupation beneath the oaks.
Intentionally arranged, key areas such as the gravel motor court, dining terrace with an outdoor kitchen, and a pond that functions as a natural swimming pool are woven together to heighten the experience of the site.
Circulation paths and thresholds guide a gradual transition between these zones, reinforcing a sense of continuity across the landscape.
Material expression reflects a considered balance between rustic character and refinement.
Reclaimed floorboards are repurposed as wall cladding in the family room, introducing warmth and patina, while an oak tile chandelier in the dining room references the surrounding canopy.
